Thank you for choosing Harrisonburg Dietitians, LLC for your nutrition education provider. If your physician’s office is referring you,

we will contact you within 48 hours to schedule your appointment. If we reach an answering machine, a message

including our first name and phone number will be left. If we do not hear from you within a

reasonable time, we will contact your physician.

Medicare and most insurance plans cover dietitian visits for certain conditions. If you have questions regarding third party coverage

please call our office. If your plan does not cover our services, we offer various payment options.

A typical visit lasts from 30-60 minutes. Follow-up visits are generally 15-30 minutes and are strongly encouraged.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork. If you are unable to keep your appointment,

we request notice, 24 hours in advance, so we may offer it to another person.

In inclement weather, we follow Rockingham County School System’s delay and closing schedule.
